PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
HILDEBRAND CONSULTING TO PERFORM A WATER AND SEWER
RATE STUDY AND DEVELOP A RATE SCHEDULE FOR 2025
THROUGH 2029
Santa Rosa Water conducted a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain a consultant to perform a rate study and develop a 2025-2029 rate schedule for water and sewer rates. There were five respondents to the RFP, the most responsive and qualified consultant is Hildebrand Consulting, LLC. The statement of work will include a thorough analysis of customer water use, expenditures, assets and current water and sewer rates as well as an update to the water shortage rates. Santa Rosa Water proposes entering into a professional services agreement with Hildebrand Consulting to perform the work with a not to exceed amount of $135,000.
