Minutes were approved as submitted, with a noted correction that Committee Member MacDonald left the September 14, 2023
meeting at 4:55 pm. The minutes were updated to reflect that update.

Veronica Conner, Budget and Financial Analysis Manager, presented the Fiscal Year End 2023 budget performance for the General Fund.
