5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE INTEGRATED
PEST MANAGEMENT POLICY
In follow up to the direction received at the October 4th Climate Action Subcommittee meeting, this presentation will include various options for the Climate Action Subcommittee to consider in advance of drafting the City-Wide Integrated Pest Management Policy. Staff will present options for drafting the policy and an analysis of the implications of each decision.
Sean McNeil, Deputy Director - Environmental Services, and Paul Lowenthal, Division Chief - Fire Marshal, presented and received feedback from the Subcommittee members.

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
6.1 UPCOMING CAS MEETING LIST FOR DECEMBER 2023
Chair Rogers mentioned looking at ways to make tree canopies easier to bring in. Specifically, around the permit process of getting the appropriate sized tree boxes in front of people's homes.

7. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Rogers adjourned the meeting at 5:03 p.m. The next Climate Action Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for January 3, 2024.
