RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-003
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002413A WITH BUCKELEW PROGRAMS FOR THE INRESPONSE PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AMENDMENT WHEREAS, the City requires the services of our local non-profit partners to continue to implement the inRESPONSE program; and WHEREAS, Buckelew Programs was an integral part of developing and implementing this program; and WHEREAS, the City would like to amend the agreement for a three-year term with Buckelew Programs increasing compensation annually by $280,499 over three years in an amount not to exceed $3,463,563; and WHEREAS, the increased agreement will increase staffing of the inRESPONSE team to include a full time administrative position and a Hospital Navigator position at Memorial Hospital.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002413A with Buckelew Programs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the City Manager to negotiate and execute the Second Amendment, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
