RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE (5) 2024 AWD DODGE DURANGO PURSUIT VEHICLES UTILIZING THE PRICING FROM THE SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NUMBER 091521-NAF WITH NATIONAL AUTO FLEET GROUP, WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa Transportation and Public Works Department submitted a request to purchase five (5) 2024 AWD Dodge Durango Pursuit vehicles utilizing the pricing from the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement Number 091521-NAF with National Auto Fleet Group, Watsonville, California; and WHEREAS, the purchase of the vehicles will replace City assets #5549, 5847, 5850, 5873, and 5884 used by the Police Department; and WHEREAS, the price schedule through the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract Number 091521-NAF provides a 7.18% discount off list price for the specified vehicles; and WHEREAS, Santa Rosa City Code Section 3-08.160 allows for cooperative purchases when advantageous to the City; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the use of the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement Number 091521-NAF for the purchase of five (5) 2024 AWD Dodge Durango Pursuit vehicles in the amount of $239,640.45.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council approves the issuance of a Purchase Order with City Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for the purchase of five (5) 2024 AWD Dodge Durango Pursuit vehicles utilizing the pricing from the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement Number 091521-NAF with National Auto Fleet Group, Watsonville, California for a total amount not to exceed $239,640.45.
