Director of Planning and Economic Development Osburn reported the departure of Raissa De La Rosa and introduced Jill Scott as the Acting Deputy Director of Economic Development.

Duane Dewitt spoke on current housing programs available to our community small business owners.

5.1 Draft Economic Development Strategic Plan
Review and discussion of the draft Economic Development Strategic Plan, including priority setting, implementation, metrics, and monitoring and
evaluation.
