INTRODUCTION
• Chief Cregan created a department priority of establishing a police sub- station for the Roseland Community
• Spent over a year looking for an available building on Sebastopol Road
PURCHASE OF BUILDING
• Purchased the building at 470 Sebastopol Road (currently houses the Roseland Library) in July 2023, using Public Safety Special Tax funds • Leasing the space back to the library until the Hearn Community Hub is completed
• Lease funds are replenishing the Public Safety Special Tax funds

• Working to establish location for short-term use until the library facility becomes available
• Currently securing a lease for a location at 1215 Sebastopol Road • Due to the small size, this location will not have a public facing lobby, but will still ensure more access to police resources in a timely manner
