The Final Map of The Arbors Subdivision was submitted on November 15, 2023, to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of The Arbors Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The The Arbors Subdivision is located on the south side of Lake Park Drive, east of Bicentennial Way, south of Bella Vista Way and west of Henderson Circle and is 5.69 acres to be subdivided into 37 lots and 1 common area parcel.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of January 30, 2024.
