RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE WEST-MARK 3AXLE POTABLE WATER TANK TRUCK UTILIZING THE PRICING FROM THE SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NUMBER 060920-CER WITH CERTIFIED STAINLESS SERVICE, INC. DBA WEST-MARK, CERES, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa Transportation and Public Works Department submitted a request to purchase one (1) West-Mark 3-Axle Potable Water Tank Truck under the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement 060920-CER with Certified Stainless Service, Inc. dba West-Mark; and WHEREAS, the purchase of the vehicle will replace City assets #20326 and #46102 used by the Water Department; and WHEREAS, the price schedule through the Sourcewell Cooperative Contract Number 060920-CER provides a 24% discount off MSRP list price for the specified vehicles; and WHEREAS, Santa Rosa City Code Section 3-08.160 allows for cooperative purchases when advantageous to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the use of the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement Number 060920-CER for the purchase of one (1) West-Mark 3-Axle Potable Water Tank Truck in the amount of $243,149.02. ///

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council approves and authorizes the Purchasing Agent to issue a Purchase Order with City Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for the purchase of one (1) West-Mark 3-Axle Potable Water Tank Truck utilizing the pricing from the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement Number 060920-CER with Certified Stainless Service, Inc. dba West-Mark for a total amount not to exceed $243,149.02.
