RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER 166103 WITH COORDINATED PROJECT INSTALLATIONS, INC., FOR OFFICE FURNITURE INSTALLATION, RELOCATION, AND DELIVERY SERVICES WHEREAS, on February 2, 2022, the Assistant City Manager awarded Blanket Purchase Order Number 166103 to Coordinated Project Installations, Inc. to provide office furniture installation, relocation, and delivery services City-wide for a total amount not to exceed $75,000; and WHEREAS, on December 12, 2023, the Assistant City Manager approved an Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order Number 166103 to increase compensation by $24,000; and WHEREAS, On December 20, 2023, Coordinated Project Installations, Inc. submitted a one-year extension proposal with an average 11.47% increase in unit price, justifying the cost increase as the result of the California Department of Industrial Relations increase to prevailing wage rates for both 2023 along with the increase that is scheduled for July 1, 2024; and WHEREAS, the Transportation and Public Works Department desires to extend the term by one year and increase compensation by $75,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order Number 166103 with Coordinated Project Installations, Inc., extending the term one year and increasing compensation by $75,000, for a total not to exceed amount of $174,000.
