RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-038
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA ESTABLISHING NEW AND REVISED FEES WITHIN THE CITY’S FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, staff is proposing new and revised fees for the Recreation and Parks Department, as set forth in Exhibit A to this Resolution; and WHEREAS, on January 25, 2023 and March 20, 2024 the Board of Community Services held public meetings in which the proposed new and revised fees for the Recreation and Parks Department were on the agenda, at which all those wishing to be heard were allowed to speak or present written comments; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 66018(a), prior to adopting a resolution adopting a new fee or approving an increase in an existing fee, the City shall hold a public hearing, at which oral or written presentations can be made, as part of a regularly scheduled meeting with notice of the time and place of the public hearing, including a general explanation of the matter to be considered; with notice of the time and place of meeting, including a general explanation of the matter to be considered, published in accordance with Section 6062a of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa establishes new and revised fees attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein.
