RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NUMBER F002624 WITH ODP BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLP FOR A STORAGE AREA NETWORK (SAN) UPDATE WHEREAS, the Police Department’s Storage Area Network (SAN) is the primary device that stores all the departments servers and data associated with each application; and WHEREAS, the SAN is over 5 years old and is need of an update; and WHEREAS, the Information Technology Department received proposals and awarded the agreement to ODP Business Solutions, LLC, Boca Raton, Florida; and WHEREAS, On September 12, 2023, by Resolution RES-2023-158, Council approved a Professional Services Agreement with ODP Business Solutions, LLC in the amount of $160,500.33 for a SAN update and ongoing maintenance for a period of five (5) years, with one three-year renewal option; and WHEREAS, ODP Business Solutions, LLC will provide the SAN infrastructure update/replacement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves and delegates authority to the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to Professional Service Agreement Number F002624 with ODP Business Solutions, LLC, increasing compensation by $197,524.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $358,024.33, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein.
