RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended by the City Manager that the Council, by motion, adopt the final report, City Council Goals & Objectives FY 2024-2025, for the City of Santa Rosa Council Priority Setting workshop held on February 6, 2024.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City of Santa Rosa held a City Council workshop and goal setting on February 6, 2024, at City Hall. This workshop provided the City Council with the opportunity to review progress made to date on goals that were set in March of 2023 and identify top priorities and goals for the upcoming year.
BACKGROUND
The attached report summarizes the results of the priority setting session. Nicole Beach, Director of Strategic Initiatives with Jacob Green, and Associates facilitated the workshop. The final report with City Council Goals and Objectives for FY 2024-2025 is included as Attachment 1.

FISCAL IMPACT
Approval of this action does not have a fiscal impact on the General Fund.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
This action is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) and 15378 in that there is no possibility that the implementation of this action may have significant effects on the environment, and no environmental review is required.
