RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-085
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NUMBER F002802 FOR TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION SERVICES WITH ACCENT ON LANGUAGES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa requires ongoing translation and interpretation services citywide; and WHEREAS, Request for Proposal (RFP) 23-58 solicitation was issued on November 13, 2023, and closed on December 11, 2024, and twenty-two proposals were received; and WHEREAS, after a thorough evaluation review, scoring, and presentation process, Accent On Languages, Inc., Berkely, California was selected by the evaluation panel as the vendor for award to provide services for the City; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves Professional Service Agreement F002802 for citywide translation and interpretation services to Accent On Languages, Inc., Berkeley, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council approves a three-year Professional Service Agreement F002802 in substantially the form of Exhibit A, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, with two one-year renewal options for citywide translation and interpretation services to Accent On Languages, Inc., Berkeley, California in an amount not to exceed $300,000.
