RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-100
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVE A FIVE-YEAR BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER TO DAY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION WHEREAS, various City departments, including Police, Fire, Transit, and Water, require maintenance, repair, and inspection services of fixed and mobile radios and supporting communications equipment; and WHEREAS, the price schedule through Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Agreement Number RA05-21 pricing with Motorola Solutions, Inc was competitively bid and awarded; and WHEREAS, Santa Rosa City Code Section 3-08.160 allows for cooperative purchases when advantageous to the City; and WHEREAS, Day Management Corporation, dba Day Wireless Systems, has provided the City with a five-year proposal utilizing the H-GAC Cooperative Agreement pricing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approve a five-year Blanket Purchase Order to Day Management, dba Day Wireless Systems, in an amount not to exceed $568,414.08 with a 10% contingency in the amount of $56,841.40.
