RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-101
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F001697 WITH TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City’s Finance Department has a need for parking citation processing services; and WHEREAS, the Finance Department currently has an Agreements with Turbo Data Systems, Inc.; and WHEREAS, Turbo Data Systems, Inc. has provided the service to the City since July 1, 2018; and WHEREAS, citation processing is a service that is required for enforcement operations performed by the Parking Division; and WHEREAS, it is recommended that a Second Amendment is approved for an additional (5) five years and an amount not to exceed $490,000; and WHEREAS, this Amendment will continue to benefit the City by maintaining relationships with local business. ///

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement Number F001697 with Turbo Data Systems, Inc. extending the term and increasing compensation under the Agreement by $490,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,009,000, with the Second Amendment in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
