RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-106
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002745 WITH JACOB GREEN & ASSOCIATES, INC WHEREAS, the City contracted with Jacob Green & Associates, Inc on January 8, 2024, to provide professional assistance with the development of the 2024 City Council goals; and WHEREAS, the City and Jacob Green & Associates, Inc entered into a First Amendment to include required insurance documents; and WHEREAS, the City now desires to amend the Agreement for the purpose of amending the scope of services as outlined in Exhibit A-1 and increasing the compensation by $61,800, for a total contracted amount not to exceed $141,800; and WHEREAS, funds for this expense have been previously appropriated in the Fiscal Year 2024-25 general fund budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002745 with Jacob Green & Associates, Inc for quarterly City Council Goal workplan implementation and process improvement support, with an increase in compensation of $61,800 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $141,800, substantially in the form of in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
