RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-121
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002371 WITH RENNE PUBLIC POLICY GROUP, A DIVISION OF RENNE PUBLIC LAW GROUP, LLP WHEREAS, on August 17, 2021, by Resolution RES-2021-140, the City approved Professional Services Agreement Number F002371 with Renne Public Policy Group, a division of Renne Public Law Group, LLP to provide state advocacy services in an amount not to exceed $374,580; and WHEREAS, the City is still in need of assistance to assure we are able to secure state funding, and advocate for the City’s priorities in Sacramento in alignment with the City Council’s goals and state legislative platform.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002371 with Renne Public Policy Group, a division of Renne Public Law Group, LLP extending the time of performance by two years and increasing the not to exceed amount by $155,000, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to this resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, for a total contract amount not to exceed $529,580.
