• Approve the administrative cost recovery lien in
the amount of $3,552.40 against the property
located at 1597 West Avenue for violation of the
City Codes that remain uncorrected by the
responsible parties, Norma M. Cronin, and
authorize a recording of a lien and placing the
assessment on the property tax roll for
collection.
