The Final Map of Fir Ridge Meadows Subdivision was submitted on June 18, 2024, to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Fir Ridge Meadows Subdivision is being reviewed for final approval.
The Fir Ridge Meadows Subdivision is located on the east side of Fir Ridge Drive, north of Lyon Court, south of Wyndemere Circle and east of Fumay Drive. Fir Ridge Meadows Subdivision is 6.03 AC lot being subdivided into 13 Lots.
The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of August 20, 2024.
