• Approve the administrative cost recovery lien in
the amount of $8,570.47against the property
located at 1645 Humboldt Street for violation of
the City Codes that remain uncorrected by the
responsible parties, Gerard Duenas and
authorize a recording of a lien and placing the
assessment on the property tax roll for
collection
