RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-135
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 167191 WITH BO DEAN CO., INC., SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA FOR ONE YEAR AND ADD $459,954 IN FUNDS FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $1,009,954 WHEREAS, the City has an ongoing need for asphalt concrete; and WHEREAS, on April 18, 2022, Finance and Transportation and Public Works requested a Waiver of Competitive Bid and issuance of a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) to Bo Dean Co., Inc., Santa Rosa, California, (Bo Dean) to assure availability of asphalt concrete; and WHEREAS, on July 5, 2022, City Council approved bid award and issuance of BPO 167191 to Bo Dean in the amount not to exceed $550,000; and WHEREAS, on May 9, 2023, the Purchasing Agent approved extension of BPO 167191 for a term of one-year with no addition of funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves extension of BPO 167191 with Bo Dean Co., Inc. for a term of one-year and add $459,954 in funds for a total not to exceed amount of $1,009,954.
