RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE ORDER 157176 WITH TARGETSOLUTIONS LEARNING, LLC DBA VECTOR SOLUTIONS FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TRAINING PLATFORM AND EVALUATIONS PLUS MODULE WHEREAS, on September 19, 2018, the City Manager approved the non-standard agreement for the purchase and use of the Training Platform for a term of 2 years, for an amount not to exceed $24,000; and WHEREAS, on June 20, 2021, the City Manager approved the extension of the non-standard agreement an additional 3 years, for an amount not to exceed $36,000, for a total contract amount of $60,000; and WHEREAS, on February 8, 2022, the City Manager approved the addition of the Evaluations Plus module to the non-standard agreement for a 3-year term, for an amount not to exceed $8,349.30, for a total contract amount not to exceed $92,862.30; and WHEREAS, the use of this program to assign and track trainings, certifications and assign and verify promotional “task book” progress for the Fire Department’s 155 personnel is critical.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa issue an amendment to Purchase Order 157176 increasing compensation by $48,053.10 and extending the term by three years, for a total amount not to exceed $140,915.40 with TargetSolutions Learning, LLC dba Vector Solutions.
