The Final Map of Stonebridge Subdivision Phase 2 was submitted on January 10, 2024, to the City Engineer. In accordance with City Code Section 19-28, notice is hereby provided to the City Council that the subdivision map of Stonebridge Subdivision Phase 2 is being reviewed for final approval.
The Stonebridge Subdivision Phase 2 is located on the east side of Fulton Rd north of San Miguel Rd, south of Tedeschi Drive. Stonebridge Subdivision Phase 2 is 14.56 acres and will be subdivided into 108 Lots and 3 Parcels The City Engineer shall approve or deny the final map within 10 working days following the City Council meeting of September 10, 2024.
