RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-145
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA ACCEPTING A REVISED AWARD OF CRISIS CARE MOBILE UNITS (CCMU) GRANT FUNDS WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa, submitted an application to the Sonoma County Department of Health Services (DHS) for Crisis Care Mobile Units (CCMU) Program funding on August 23, 2021; and WHEREAS, on November 10, 2021, DHS received notification of the award for the period September 15, 2021, through June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, on October 20, 2022, the County of Sonoma and the City of Santa Rosa entered into a services agreement; and WHEREAS, The City of Santa Rosa was notified of additional funding. applied and was awarded $166,667 on June 24, 2024; and WHEREAS, the Program Funds comprise two distinct types of funding. The total funding amount of $166,667 is considered direct-services funding, and the total funding amount of $346,409 is considered infrastructure funding. The amount not to exceed of $513,076.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa authorizes to enter into, execute, any and all other documents for the revised award with the County of Sonoma.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council approves a budget revision to increase the total grant award Project Key to $513,076.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager or their designee is hereby authorized to execute the Program Award Documents, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
