RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-147
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NUMBER F002053 WITH MARK A CLEMENTI, PH.D.
WHEREAS, this agreement provides for services from Mark A Clementi, Ph.D. to complete preemployment psychological evaluations prior to employment. This is a Commission on Peace Officer standards and Training (POST) requirement; and WHEREAS, Mark A Clementi, Ph.D. will also provide services for existing employees by completing a return to duty or fitness for duty psychological evaluation if requested by the Chief of Police; and WHEREAS, the Santa Rosa Police Department has been utilizing the services of Mark A Clementi, Ph.D. for this purpose since 2019; his evaluations have been found to be thorough and comprehensive and it is the desire of the department to continue to utilize his services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002053 with Mark A Clementi, Ph.D. for psychological services, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the City Manager or her designee to sign all related contractual documents, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
