is First Amendment to Agreement number F002577, dated February 6, 2023, (“Agreement”) is made as of this _____ day of ______, 2024, by and between the City of Santa Rosa, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Stroup Petoleum Maintenance, Inc., a California Corporation (“Contractor”).

y and Contractor entered into the Agreement Number F002577 with Contractor dated February 6, 2023 to provide fuel station testing, inspection, maintenance and repair services.

n extension letter dated October 17, 2023 extended the term for an additional one year
C. Cit
y and Contractor now desire to amend the Agreement for the purpose of adding funds and increasing compensation.

W, THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

OMPENSATION
S
ection 4 of the Agreement is amended to increase the compensation payable to Contractor under the Agreement by $50,000 to read as follows:
“
The total of all fees paid to Contractor for the satisfactory performance and completion of all services shall not exceed the total sum of $145,000. . The Chief Financial Officer is authorized to pay all proper claims from various department charge numbers.”

ll other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
