RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-154
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. F002573 WITH RENNE PUBLIC POLICY GROUP, A DIVISION OF RENNE PUBLIC LAW GROUP, LLP WHEREAS, on December 22, 2022, the City approved an initial Professional Services Agreement with Renne Public Policy Group, a division of Renne Public Law Group, LLP to provide grant writing and grant proposal development services; and WHEREAS, the City is still in need of assistance to ensure it is able to secure state, regional, local and federal funding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002573 with Renne Public Policy Group, a division of Renne Public Law Group, LLP extending time of performance by two years and increasing the not to exceed amount by $90,000, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, for a total contract amount not to exceed $148,800.
