RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-155
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. F002573 WITH RENNE PUBLIC POLICY GROUP, A DIVISION OF RENNE PUBLIC LAW GROUP, LLP TO CALIFORNIA PUBLIC POLICY GROUP WHEREAS, on December 22, 2022, the City approved Professional Services Agreement Number F002573 with Renne Public Policy Group, a division of Renne Public Law Group, LLP (“Agreement”) to provide grant writing and grant proposal development services; and WHEREAS, the current contractor Renne Public Policy Group wishes to assign its interest in Agreement to California Public Policy Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Assignment and Assumption on this Professional Services Agreement to California Public Policy Group, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A.
