RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-156
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. F002371 WITH RENNE PUBLIC POLICY GROUP, A DIVISION OF RENNE PUBLIC LAW GROUP, LLP TO CALIFORNIA PUBLIC POLICY GROUP WHEREAS, on August 17, 2021, the City approved Professional Services Agreement Number F002371 with Renne Public Policy Group, a division of Renne Public Law Group, LLP (“Agreement”) to provide state advocacy services; and WHEREAS, on July 23, 2024, the Council approved a First Amendment to Agreement for a two-year extension for performance of services; and WHEREAS, the Renne Public Policy Group wishes to assign its interests in Agreement to California Public Policy Group, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Assignment and Assumption of Agreement to California Public Policy Group, Inc. attached to this resolution as Exhibit A.
