RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002577 FOR FUEL STATION TESTING, INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES TO ADD FUNDS AND INCREASE COMPENSATION WITH STROUPE PETROLEUM MAINTENANCE, INC., SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000, FOR A TOTAL CUMULATIVE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $145,000 WHEREAS, various departments in the City of Santa Rosa have a need for fuel station testing, inspection, maintenance and repair services for both above ground and below ground City owned tanks; and WHEREAS, on February 6, 2023, the City Manager approved General Services Agreement Number F002577 with Stroupe Petroleum Maintenance, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $95,000, for a one-year term with four (4) one-year renewal options; and WHEREAS, on October 17, 2023, the Purchasing Agent, by extension letter, approved extending the term for one year; and WHEREAS, the City desires to approve additional funds and increase compensation to the GSA payable under the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the First Amendment to General Services Agreement Number F002577 with Stroupe Petroleum Maintenance, Inc., increasing compensation by $50,000, for a total amount not to exceed $145,000.
