RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-158
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA REQUEST TO ADD FUNDS TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 172139 FOR ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT SERVICES TO INCREASE COMPENSATION WITH CREAM’S TOWING, INC., SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $95,000, FOR A TOTAL CUMULATIVE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $145,000.
WHEREAS, the Police Department has a need for abandoned vehicle abatement services; and WHEREAS, on May 21, 2024, the Purchasing Agent approved Blanket Purchase Order 172139 with Cream’s Towing, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $50,000, for a two-year term; and WHEREAS, the City desires approval to increase compensation payable under the blanket purchase order for ongoing services in an amount not to exceed $95,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves adding additional funding to Blanket Purchase Order 172139 with Cream’s Towing, Inc., increasing compensation by $95,000, for a total not to exceed $145,000.
