RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 166149 WITH SMOTHERS PARTS INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND SUPPLIES WHEREAS, on January 26, 2022, the City Manager approved the use of the Equalis Group Cooperative Purchasing Agreement number AP-1010 and award of a Blanket Purchase Order for the purchase of automotive parts and supplies to Smothers Parts International, Inc., Santa Rosa, California, in an amount not to exceed $97,000; and WHEREAS, the Equalis Group Cooperative Purchasing Agreement number AP-1010 expires on April 30, 2025, with extension options through April 30, 2030; and WHEREAS, on February 14, 2023, the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approved the First Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order 166149 with Smothers Parts International, Inc., adding funds and increasing compensation by $350,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $447,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to Blanket Purchase Order 166149 with Smothers Parts International, Inc., adding funds and increasing compensation by $150,000, for a total not to exceed amount of $597,000.
