RESOLUTION NO. RES-2024-172
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002419A WITH CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF THE DIOCESE OF SANTA ROSA TO PROVIDE PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO THE CITY FOR THE INRESPONSE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT TEAM WHEREAS, the City requires the services of our local non-profit partners to continue the inRESPONSE program; and WHEREAS, Catholic Charities has the required expertise and has been a successful partner in the creation and implantation of the inRESPONSE Mental Health Support Team; and WHEREAS, on October 12, 2021, by Resolution RES-2021-173, the Council approved Professional Services Agreement Number F002419 in the amount of $696,988; and WHEREAS, on September 26, 2022, the City entered into the First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002419 increasing compensation under the Agreement to a not to exceed amount of $795,561; and WHEREAS, to continue this program the City requires the extension to the current Agreement with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa for an additional five-year term for an amount not to exceed $4,090,561.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F002419Awith Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa attached hereto as Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement.
