MidPen Housing’s Casa Roseland Family Apartments is requesting a TEFRA Hearing be held on November 19, 2024, City Council Meeting regarding the project. The project consists of the new construction of a 75-unit affordable housing apartment complex located at 665 and 883 Sebastopol Road, in the City of Santa Rosa. The maximum bond issuance amount requested is $45,000,000, issued by the California Municipal Finance Authority.
