RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) RAPIDVIEW IBAK SEWER INSPECTION VEHICLE UTILIZING THE SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 120721-RVL WITH JACK DOHENY COMPANY OF NORTHVILLE, MICHIGAN WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa Transportation and Public Works Department submitted a request to purchase one (1) RapidView IBAK Sewer Inspection vehicle utilizing the pricing from the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement No. 120721-RVL with Jack Doheny Company, Northville, Michigan; and WHEREAS, the purchase of the vehicle will replace existing City Asset No. 16503 used in Santa Rosa Water Department; and WHEREAS, the price schedule through the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement No. 120721-RVL provides a 4% discount off list price for the specified vehicle; and WHEREAS, Santa Rosa City Code Section 3-08.160 allows for cooperative purchases when advantageous to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council approves the issuance of a Purchase Order with revised City Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for the purchase of one (1) RapidView IBAK Sewer Inspection vehicle utilizing the pricing from the Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement No. 120721-RVL with Jack Doheny Company of Northville, Michigan for a total amount not to exceed $421,434.80.
