RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-003
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT F002920 WITH REMIX TECHNOLOGIES LLC FOR TRANSIT PLANNING AND SCHEDULING SOFTWARE WHEREAS, the City invited proposals to provide software for transit scheduling purposes for Santa Rosa CityBus; and WHEREAS, three offers were submitted and opened in accordance with law; and WHEREAS, an analysis was conducted of the three offers using best practices to ensure the procurement was not unduly restrictive of competition; and WHEREAS, it was concluded that Remix Technologies LLC’s offer provided the best value for the services requested; and WHEREAS, staff have conducted an analysis to ensure the purchase price is fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Professional Service Agreement Number F002920 with Remix Technologies LLC, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein, for services over a period of five base years and two one-year renewal options in an amount not to exceed $303,867.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the Chief Financial Officer to pay all proper claims for this purchase from GL120202-5320 or any other applicable GL/JL as approved by the City Manager or designee. ///

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the City Manager or designee to execute all documents necessary to effect the purchase, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
