RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA SOLE MANUFACTURE BID AWARD APPROVAL AND ISSUANCE OF A PURCHASE ORDER FOR THE PURCHASE OF THREE (3) 2025 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500HD 4WD CREW CAB VEHICLES WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa Transportation and Public Works Department (TPW) submitted a sole manufacture bid request for the purchase of two (2) 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD Crew Cab vehicles for use by the Santa Rosa Fire Department (SRFD); and WHEREAS, Purchasing issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-58, which closed on December 12, 2024, and two responsive and responsible bid responses were received; and WHEREAS, TPW requested to add one (1) 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD Crew Cab vehicle required under the Fleet Vehicle Replacement Program (FVRP); and WHEREAS, under the bid provisions, the City has the right to request an increase in quantities, which the vendor has agreed; and WHEREAS, Winner Chevrolet, Inc, Sacramento, California was the lowest responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the sole manufacture bid award under IFB 24-58 and issuance of a purchase order for the purchase of three (3) 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4WD Crew Cab vehicles to Winner Chevrolet, Inc. for a total amount not to exceed $187,359.63.
