has been finalized and is a
comprehensive blueprint
designed to guide our
organization and the community
we serve into the future. Our
Strategic Plan is built upon six
primary goals, supported by 35
objectives
The Strategic Plan was developed after extensive
employee and community feedback which included:
Interviews with department and community
stakeholders
Department wide survey
Community survey
Specific Strategic Plan community meeting
Chief’s Community Advisory Team
Our six goals are:
Goal 1 – Foster Community Safety and
Reduce Crime
Goal 2 – Achieve Organizational Excellence
Goal 3 – Enhance Technology / Innovation
Goal 4 – Organizational Wellness
Goal 5 – Facilities and Equipment
Goal 6 – Community Engagement
