RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-025
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002943 WITH CAPRA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, CORP. FOR GRAZING SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa Fire Department has a need for grazing services for various locations throughout the City; and WHEREAS, the Finance Department issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-44 for grazing services for various City locations; and WHEREAS, Capra Environmental Services, Corp, Roseville, California, and Theresa Oyarzun dba Goats R Us, Orinda, California, are the lowest responsive and responsible bidders to IFB 24-44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves General Services Agreement Number F002943 with Capra Environmental Services, Corp., Roseville, California, for grazing services in an amount not to exceed $125,000, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein IN COUNCIL DULY PASSED this 25th day of February, 2025.
