RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-026
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002944 WITH THERESE OYARZUN DBA GOATS R US FOR GRAZING SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Santa Rosa Fire Department has a need for grazing services for various locations throughout the City; and WHEREAS, the Finance Department issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-44 for grazing services for various City locations; and WHEREAS, Capra Environmental Services, Corp, Roseville, California, and Theresa Oyarzun dba Goats R Us, Orinda, California, are the lowest responsive and responsible bidders to IFB 24-44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves General Services Agreement Number F002944 with Therese Oyarzun dba Goats R Us, Orinda, California, for grazing services in an amount not to exceed $125,000, attached to this resolution as Exhibit A and made a part of herein.
