RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A TWO-YEAR GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F002957 WITH MATRIX HG, INC. FOR HVAC MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES WHEREAS, the City’s Transportation and Public Works Department has a need for HVAC maintenance and repair service for various City facility locations; and WHEREAS, the Finance Department issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-61 for HVAC maintenance and repair services; and WHEREAS, Matrix HG, Inc., Concord, California, is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to IFB 24-61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves General Services Agreement Number F002957 with Matrix HG, Inc., Concord, California, for HVAC maintenance and repair services for a two (2) year contract with three (3) one-year renewal options in an amount not to exceed $132,930 with a contingency amount of $300,000, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
