Coffey Park and Fountaingrove Neighborhood Road Disaster Recovery This is to notify you that the contract referenced above has been approved and the start of work is authorized effective November 27, 2023.
Attention is directed to the requirements of Section 3-1.07 of the Special Provisions which states the Contractor shall maintain in full force and effect all of the insurance coverage described in, and in accordance with, the insurance requirements set forth in the contract including product liability and completed operations insurance coverages which sha ll continue for a period of three years after acceptance of the work by the City and to Section 8-1.04B which states you have 371 working days to complete the work under this contract.
