RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-039
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA FOR APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 170093 TO INCREASE COMPENSATION WITH SOUTHERN TIRE MART, LLC WHEREAS, the Transportation and Public Works (TPW) Fleet Division has a need for retread tires and services; and WHEREAS, on August 21, 2023, the Purchasing Agent approved issuance of BPO 170093 for the purchase of retread tires and services to Southern Tire Mart, LLC, Santa Rosa, California, for a two (2) year term with three (3) one-year term extension options in the amount not to exceed $50,000; and WHEREAS, on August 4, 2024, the City Manager approved the First Amendment to increase compensation in the amount of $50,000; and WHEREAS, the City desires approval to increase compensation payable under the blanket purchase order for ongoing services in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approved the Second Amendment to BPO 170093 with Southern Tire Mart, LLC, increasing compensation by $20,000, for a total not to exceed $120,000.
