RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-046
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 168969 TO EXTEND THE TERM AND INCREASE COMPENSATION WITH SUPERIOR SUPPLIES WHEREAS, various departments in the City of Santa Rosa have a need for cement concrete supply; and WHEREAS, on March 21, 2023, the Purchasing Agent approved issuance of Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) 168969 for the purchase of cement concrete to Superior Supplies, for a two-year term with three (3) one-year term extension options in the amount not to exceed $45,000; and WHEREAS, on June 3, 2024, the City Manager approved the First Amendment to increase compensation in the amount of $55,000; and WHEREAS, the city desires to approve the Second Amendment to extend the term and increase compensation in the amount of $50,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approved the Second Amendment to BPO 168969 with Superior Supplies to extend the term and increase compensation in the amount of $50,000, for a total not to exceed $150,000.
