RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-047
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER 172139 WITH CREAM’S TOWING, INC., SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA, FOR ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT SERVICES TO INCREASE COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,000, FOR A TOTAL CUMULATIVE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $295,000 WHEREAS, the Police Department has a need for abandoned vehicle abatement services; and WHEREAS, on May 21, 2024, the Purchasing Agent approved a waiver of competitive bid and award of BPO 172139 with Cream’s Towing, Inc., Santa Rosa, California, in an amount not to exceed $50,000; and WHEREAS, on September 24, 2024, the City Council, by resolution, approved an increase in compensation payable under the blanket purchase order for ongoing service in an amount not to exceed $95,000; and WHEREAS, the City desires approval to increase compensation payable under the blanket purchase order for ongoing services in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approved adding additional funding to Blanket Purchase Order 172139 with Cream’s Towing, Inc., increasing compensation by $150,000, for a total not to exceed $295,000.
