RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-078
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AP TRITON, LLC OF SHERIDAN, WYOMING FOR THE UPDATE TO THE EXSISTING COMMUNITY WILDFIRE PROTECTION PLAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE HEALTHY FORESTS RESTORATION ACT WHEREAS, the City has a need for creating and updating the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) in compliance with the Healthy Forests Restoration Act; and WHEREAS, RFP 168247 for the update to the Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) in compliance with the Healthy Forests Restoration Act was released on February 26, 2025; and WHEREAS, three proposals were received and analyzed by a panel of City staff on April 2, 2025; and WHEREAS, the panel selected AP Triton, LLC based on their prior fire service experience in developing these types of reports and their cost proposal, among other factors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves the Professional Services Agreement with AP Triton, LLC, of Sheridan, Wyoming in an amount not to exceed $140,000, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the Resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
