RESOLUTION NO. RES-2025-084
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NUMBER F002999 WITH BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC. FOR CITY ROADWAY LANDSCAPE SERVICES AND AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 BUDGET TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,888,347.84 WHEREAS, roadway landscape maintenance services are required for various locations throughout the City of Santa Rosa; and WHEREAS, Invitation for Bids (IFB) 25-03 was solicited by the City of Santa Rosa for roadway landscape maintenance services; and WHEREAS, Brightview Landscape Services, Inc.’s bid is considered responsive and responsible to the solicitation; and WHEREAS, one-time funds from the Landfill Settlement Contingency Fund are available in an amount not to exceed $1,888,347.84 to supplement the current budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves General Service Agreement Number F002999 to Brightview Landscape Services, Inc., Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, for Roadway Landscape Maintenance to begin on June 1, 2025, in substantially the same form as Exhibit A to the resolution, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $1,888,347.84.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council increase appropriations in 090303-5321 in the amount of $1,888,347.84, and increase revenue in the amount of $1,888,347.84.
