RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING A GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS INC. DBA RAPID EXPRESS COURIER SYSTEMS FOR A FIVE-YEAR TERM FOR COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE WHEREAS, the City has a need for courier service at various City locations; and WHEREAS, on April 8, 2025, the Purchasing Division opened Invitation for Bids 25-20 to solicit bids to establish a five-year agreement with one (1) five-year extension option for courier delivery service; and WHEREAS, Transportation Systems Inc., dba Rapid Express Courier Systems, Santa Rosa, California, was the lowest responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Santa Rosa approves a General Service Agreement with Transportation Systems Inc. dba Rapid Express Courier Systems, Santa Rosa, California for a five-year term with one (1) five-year extension option, in the amount of $194,230.80.
