parcels are inspected by Fire Prevention
personnel on a regular basis throughout

compliance, a notice to comply will be sent to
the parcel owner advising them of the
Ordinance and a date for the next inspection.
➢A second inspection (aka 1st Re-inspection) is
conducted and if the parcel is found to still be
out of compliance, a Violation Notice will be
sent to the parcel owner with a date for the
next inspection.
